The Center for Instructional Excellence (CIE) promotes instructional excellence at Purdue University by serving as a catalyst to advocate, develop, and implement continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Guided by the Teaching Academy, and in cooperation with its strategic partners, CIE: provides opportunities for development of faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and teaching staff; serves as a central point of information about teaching and learning; and promotes the scholarship of teaching and learning at Purdue University.
